Why are you billing my account for $40.00 for CAN data 300MB 200 min?

Hi Linda, The community members have no access to your account... so we can only nudge you in the right direction 🙂 What did you expect your bill to be? What plan are you on? Are you brand new with Koodo? If you really think something is terribly wrong with your bill, you should call Koodo (*611) but in the meantime, who knows we might be able to help you out here 😃
