can't get my bill to print off with all the details. it shows an error on screen. HELP???

If you are getting error 500, this issue has been happening a lot lately. Make sure you're using the latest version of explorer or firefox, and try clearing your cache and cookies. If that doesn't work,, call customer service and have them send a ticket to the web team. If you really need a printed copy and can't get it through ss they should be able to waive the $5 charge to send a bill copy but it will likely take about 10 days. A kiosk should be able to print out a bill for you as well, which would be fastest.
