Being over charged by over $200


I got service on two phones on December 12 at $55 and $60 a month. I paid the first two bills for the first month. My second bills are both $186. It says services cost $165. This cannot be correct, how was this error made?

We are customers just like you that help other customers with most issues however your issue can really be explained and rectified by customer service since we can't see your account info, you can give them a call from your mobile device by dialing *611. Since this isn't your first bill it isn't proration and is most likely overages, either going over your alloted limit of minutes or data. Check your bill for explanation of charges and you might see this for yourself and save yourself some time calling CS.
