Are there billing nuances that need to be more clearly stated? I'm getting pounded with airtime fees.


I have the CAN Data 500MB 500 min $45 plan, which includes unlimited minutes between 5pm-8am Mon-Fri and from 5pm Fri to 8am Monday. I don't make many calls outside of those hours, yet this is the second month that I have exceeded 500 minutes. Anyone else have this issue? I enjoy the self-serve aspect of Koodo, but sometimes it would be nice to speak to flesh and blood...ugh

I don't know how much you exceeded your minutes, but all calls are rounded up to the nearest minute. Also this link show you "how is airtime billed" http://help.koodomobile.com/plans-add-ons-data-and-other-services/voice-minutes/how-is-airtime-billed You can monitor how much minutes you use during your current billing cycle via Koodo's self serve app. http://help.koodomobile.com/self-serve/self-serve-app/what-is-the-self-serve-mobile-app But if you think there is mistake on your bill, you can call Koodo *611 from your phone (keep pressing 0) and talk to a rep 🙂

If this becomes a regular occurrence, you may want to consider taking another plan, something with more minutes for you . You may just be on the wrong plan.
