Friday at 1205 in the afternoon I called Koodo with a billing problem... call lasted 39 minutes, much of these on hold... are these minutes charger to my plan's monthly minute allowance? I feel they should not be as I was attempting to resolve and did resolve to my satisfaction a billing problem of their making. richard
