why is my April bill so very high??

Hi Shirley, Well... that's a loaded question 🙂 We need a little bit more information (nothing personal please, this is a public forum!) - When did you sign up for Koodo? - What plan are you on? - What did you expect your bill to be? Let's see if we can troubleshoot your bill for you 🙂

Hi Shirley, If this is not your first bill, I will say that will be either you went over your minutes or data, you made international calls, you used your phone outside Canada, usually when bills are higher than expected is because you overused something on the plan... Log in on the Self Service account and check under view e-bill, the PDF version with all the details, you will probably have the answer why... Enjoy!
