applying credit from old account to new


I have a credit from an old koodo account that I'd like to get applied to my new one. I've already linked the two accounts and can see both the credit from the old one and my new account's current bill. But that current bill hasn't automatically deducted the amount of the credit. How do I get that credit applied?

You would have to contact Koodo to take the credit from your old account and apply it to your new one. You can request a callback from the digital assistant.

Interesting question. I would have hoped they apply by themselves. You should definitely contact Koodo for that!

You have to contact Koodo. THey might have to send you a check for that credit instead if they are not able to move it over.
