Another Credit Card Thread

My card is a TD Canada Trust Visa card - not Visa debit, but a Canadian Visa card - and it doesn't expire for another six months or so. Still, Koodo doesn't seem to want to accept it, and calling has been of absolutely no help. I've called on three separate occasions trying to register my card to absolutely no avail. I have no idea if it's even possible to speak to a Koodo representative on their phoneline to try and absolve the situation, as nothing that I have attempted has resulted in being connected to a human operator. I do not understand what I am doing wrong, nor why my card is being rejected when it meets all of the requirements set by Koodo itself. And since the computerized dudebro on the Koodo line isn't being very helpful, I was wondering if anyone here could maybe help me to pay my bill. Thanks a bunch!

Unfortunately calling customer service and speaking with a Rep to register your credit card is the only option. When you are calling Koodo, try pressing 0 to get to an operator.

I have the exact same card you Ally. And never had a probelem using it. When yo say your card was rejected, do you mean you tried to pay your bill and didn't work? And if yes, what happened, did you get an error message?

Well, when you call for problems with a credit card you should contact Koodo's Payment Management team at #227 from your cell or 1-855-325-6636. I'm not entirely sure because I don't do credit but is that card a "virtual" Visa Card? If so it wouldn't have worked until today. Try again and if it doesn't work you can call the number I gave you.

I was trying that before and it seemed to only make the roboperator repeat the options but I'll try again right now.

I see now the key is persistence. Usually just once works but with Koodo you have to push 0 a few times. Thanks!

Thanks for the comment, I'll keep this number in mind for the next time I have a problem!
