So on April 20 Koodo e-mailed me that my bill was ready, I log into my Self Serve account, review it, then log into my electronic banking and pay it. Self service shows they received payment on the 21st and I have a $0.00 balance. Then today I get this text message: [i]“From Koodo: Heads up that your E-Bill is ready. It's $XX.XX if paid by May 11, 2015. Go to koodomobile.com/selfserve
& click View E-Bill.”. I know I can turn off these notifications but I’d prefer not to so I don’t forget to pay them, just the same do they really need to send this reminder three days [b]AFTER they received payment?
