Where do the charges show up on the bill? What do they say next to them? We can't see your bill, so we can't help unless you give us something to go on.

Yeah, can yo be more specific? Are these data charges maybe?

I dont believe there are any $0.01 transactions for anything Koodo offers. I would call this a rounding error but not when you have 15 line entries for these 1 cent charges. Does the detailed bill from selfserve state what these charges are for? Has this happened before (since you said always)? If so for how long?
Its not on the bill itself but shows up on my credit card info... I have 2g of data and never go over.. also have the unlimited plan so it couldn't be that either...

So Koodo is charging your credit card $0.01 15 times (not noted on your invoice) PLUS your regular bill? Does your credit card statement say it was from Koodo? Like exactly? I think you need to call your credit card company to investigate these suspicious transactions

Yup says Koodo Scarborough... 0.01.. It was only once or twice before so I thought it was normal, but this last bill had about 15 transactions! I will be calling my CC company, thank you
