I checked my amount owing and apparently I still owe money but I paid my phone bill on the 17th. What's up with that? **the charge is on my credit card. Can provide screenshot.

Hi Todd, Not quite sure what to say, but I would highly recommend you call Koodo using *611 on your mobile phone to get this sorted out as soon as possible! Unfortunately there is not much we can do from here

There is usually a slight delay between when you pay and when the Amount owing field on self serve is updated. Also depending on your method of payment, there is also a delay to process the transaction. EDIT: Ok I just saw it's been a week already. Just do what Mathieu said. Ignore what I said
