Allow plan/add-on changes to be completed as of the next billing cycle in Self Serve

Someone just posted a topic saying they wanted to activate Seasonal Hold on their account as of their next billing cycle, but that option is currently not available without calling customer service. I think it would be a great idea if this would be implemented. I was thinking something as simple as tick boxes or a drop down menu with 2 options saying "Make effective next billing cycle" so the customer won't get confused about the proration or "Make effective immediately", then showing the pro-rated charges/minutes being affected by the change. 🙂

Personally I like it to be applied immediately, but an option would be nice.

I think this is an awesome idea! Any customer who makes any changes probably don't like seeing prorated charges or proration on their bill.

I see a potential issue of customers not paying attention to the option and automatically thinking that it's setup for the next billing cycle when it isn't.

There's lots of potential issues with any new thing being implemented. New Tabs and 24 month guarantee confused people (and sometimes still does), paying off Tab before upgrading... but at the end of the day, the option is a good one.
