Airtime details does not show up on Self serve site

I am trying to get full details of my airtime. I would like to see how it has been charged and would like to confirm that calls are not been charged on my air time when I am calling after 8-5 PM on weekdays and calls that make on weekends. When I check my airtime details on Self serve it only shows 219 min and then when click show more it does not show anything. It will be highly appreciated if you I may get full details of my minutes usage and have ability to export to pdf or spreadsheet. In this way I shall be able to track my calls. A quick response will be highly appreciated. Thanks

You can also download your PDF bill from self-serve which fully describes all transactions.
