After email sent, E-bill posts to account when...?


Why did I receive an email 17 hours ago telling me my E-bill is ready, but when I log into the website I cannot make a payment because my bill hasn't been registered in my account?

There's a bit of a delay between when you get notified and when it shows up on SS. Also try clearing your cache and cookies and then login again.
