On sept 17 evening I got a notification from Koodo that it was a good idea to add an extra 1GB to my plan cause I was using so much. So I topped up. Then the next morning that data expired. Koodo put my under the impression that this data was either 1) going to be applied to my next cycle and/or 2) I was actually changing my plan. Can you please give me back the 1GB I already paid for? I think it's obvious that no one would ever pay for 1GB of data which is going to completely expire in 4 hours unless it was misleading.
