Add own phone


I have 2 questions.

  1. Why is my referral link not working? It worked before for 2 others.
  1. If my nephew is switches to Koodo can he use his own phone but get a new number?

It's funny/odd...   If I click the link you posted first, I can go to refer a friend page.  If I click your second link, I get blank page…

Can you clear browsing history or use different browsers to try it again?

Thank you for responding and just wanted to say that I scheduled a call back call and a agent called exactly on time - do love my Koodo :)

They could not answer the referral though and told me to reach out to the referral but I will work you :)

This is for a family member and they do not have a phone number right now. So in the phone number field, can I put mine for now to finish the process then he will receive a new number?
