Add-on minutes: retroactive? immediately effective? removal?


Hi, just commented on post re purchase of additional minutes for $20. I'm going to do that, hope it takes effect right away, also hope it covers any overage I've inadvertantly incurred. When should I remove it to avoid charges on the next billing cycle?

Looking at the selected products and services (plans & add-ons, billing), I'd assume that they're on postpaid.

It's not retroactive. It takes affect immediately after adding it.

that's too bad. I don't think I'll need it next month, so when do I take it off?

You should remove on the last day of your billing cycle if you don't want to be billed for it again for the next month
