Activation Fees

My wife and I switched to Koodo from Bell back almost a year ago and the promotion at the time was to rebate the two $40.00 activation's  on our BYOD plan back to our billing after the first month but it never happened. Can I get some clarification on if the activation fees are going the be waved and credited to my billing?

Oh my my that’s a long time ago Do you have any proof of that promo?

Have you gone back and looked to make sure the credit was/wasn’t applied? Usually those ones don’t appear until the 2nd or 3rd bill.
