Hello I just recently got a new phone. I have been an existing Koodo customer for a few years. How is it that I get charged an activation fee for upgrading my phone when I already have a account and I'm using the same SIM card?

I don't feel this is right

Sadly, this is right if you did it in store. Tip for next time: upgrade online and avoid the connection fee!

Also, that has become a common practice with all carriers and not only Koodo.
