Hi I am a new customer who signed up with a 5$off per month promo on my contract, but my first bill does not show this?
My husband also signed up at the same time and I think he may have the same issue.

Koodo typically starts discounts on your second bill. If you don't see anything on the second one, pop by here with your order number and someone will happily flag a Rep to correct it.
