Account will not accept payment


I received my latest invoice but my account says I have a "$0.00" balance and will not accept payment. Is this glitch part of weekend account maintenance or is your finance department giving me a freebee this month? 🙂

We can see your bill on here as we are just customers helping. Give Koodo a call (*611 on your koodo cell) and they can look into your account. It is very responsible of you to check your account when you think there may be an error

It would be so nice if you get a freebee for any bill 😃 But did you login to your self service to see an E-bill? There should be a balance due showing with detailed information unless you over paid last month. I would wait for a couple of days and check an E-bill again. If it still $0 balance, I'll call koodo to make sure I don't owe them anything this month 🙂
My ebill definitely shows the regular monthly balance owing -- It's the payment section that seems to think I'm all caught up. Thanks for *611 number, Dennis...although wow, it took me about 15 minutes listening to pre-recorded messages before they let me speak to a human being. Definitely a glitch in the account which will hopefully be resolved for the next billing cycle.
