account log in!


hey i have a problem logging in my account and my email don't work! so how can i reset my account password so that i can pay my phone!??

Call customer service at *611. They'll be able to reset your account for you in a jiffy.

When you create your Self Service account, the system sent you an e-mail to validate your e-mail to complete/activate the registration. So check your e-mail and confirm it then try to login again. Hope it helps. 🙂
Even it's not working, fix this kinda bugs as soon as you can KOODO!

So wait, a Customer Service reset still doesn't work? What browser are you using? Try clearing your cache and trying again.

I checked my self serve account and I had a no problem to log in. But there will be scheduled maintenance to start Saturday and should be back on Sunday.
could some one please help me reset up my account so I can pay my bill

Call customer service from your Koodo phone, *611 option 5. Tell them you have a trouble with your self serve account. They will help you to reset your account 🙂
