Account closed - Koodo owes the last bill statement that was paid


My account was closed an year back and the last bill charged by koodo was after my service termination. A bill of negative -39.66 CAD is sent to me every month and I am not sure how to close this. Would Koodo be able to pay me with a cheque or direct deposit?
