For some reason my prepaid base plan did not renew.  I have two telephone numbers with Koodo, one for me and one for my daughter.  I logged in to pay and my daughter’s telephone number showed but not mine.  The account drop down only showed one account.  How do I pay the bill for my phone number????

A prepaid account can only have 1 line under 1 email.


When you registered your prepaid accounts did you use 2 different emails?
