Hi, could you please help me, I am wondering why my monthly bill doesn't get $10 off discount which the salesman recommended at the beginning.

even I also have same question , I sing up with koodo and they said I should get a $10 discount and its been 2 month and they are still charging me full amount and don't give credit that they promise

Hi Cara and Darshan - the discount is scheduled to automatically kick in by the third month. I would advise you to wait until your next invoice to see if the discount is applied, and if not, flag it to us back here and we'll look into this for you. As of now, there's no reason to be concerned. This should have been communicated at the time of activation that the discounts will begin kicking in as of your 2nd or 3rd invoice.
