Hi! I just had a question about my bill. So if my bill is a certain amount if paid BY a certain date do I have to pay before that day or can I pay on the date it should be paid by? I don’t want late fee charges. Does paying BY a certain date mean before that date or is paying on that day acceptable as well? Thank you! Sorry for the dumb question

You can pay on that date. However, that is for credit card in self-serve. If you pay by online banking, you have to take into account several business days for the payment to be processed.
