Unfortunately it doesn't work so easy here being a public forum. If you don't want assistance from anyone because you are 100% certain it is an actual error then you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out
Either that, or schedule an actual callback through the Koodo chat bot. You just posted some rather sensitive information (phone numbers) for the whole world to see, I have flagged a moderator to remove those for you.
