$5 tab removed


hello, 2 weeks ago I got a phone for my daughter on my koodo plan with my phone. then I received an email saying I changed my account. $5 tab charge removed. I didn't do anything and this months bill is $5 less. I still have a tab balance for my phone why was this removed?

You ask a very good question. My only explanation is below. If you really want to dig into it, I would call Koodo to get it straighten out. *611 on your Koodo cell (It's a free call)
