$20 airtime charges :S


Hi, I paid my last bill in full and this month i've used 36 out of my 100 minutes. Why does my bill charge me for $20 extra for airtime usage. I can't seem to find how many extra minutes i used

Login to your Self Serve to check your Air Time usage or call Koodo rep *611 X5 to find out

Koodomobile.com, self serve, billing, ebill. Click the bill you want to view. It will show the full details, including which callsy you were charged for and when they were made.

Have you changed your plan recently?
Userlevel 5
Look at your eBill to look at the detailed charges. If you cannot find it, you can call customer service free at *611 on your Koodo Cell.
