Hey Koodo, my mother and I share an account with 2 numbers on it because I am under age (She pays of course, but I shall write this from my perspective). Both bills are monthly. I/we (my mother and I) have to pay 2 bills every month, one for my mother's phone and one for mine. The problem here is, when I go on the account and click "View my Bills" and then "Pay My Bill" on [b]either [b]of the two bills, each with different 8-digit numbers, there is only one bill that shows up. Let me repeat: Although there are [b]two bills that need to be paid, [b]only one of the bills show up. To be specific, mine does not show up however my mother's does. Because of this, I could not pay for last month's bill on mine, adding extra charges. Now that this month's bill needs to be payed in the next 2 days, I'm not sure what to do. [b]There simply isn't an option to pay for one of the bills. Only one bill shows up. There are two bills on this account.
