10%off your bill


I recently noticed that I haven't been getting my 10% discount off my account since May of last year. I went in my local store location and spoke to the Koodo rep and was told he was going to fix it for me. He even called Koodo office and was told everything would be done for me. its been almost a year and nothing has been done to lower my fee as well as compensation. Very disappointing.

Will give them a call and see hope they are going to back credit all of my losses
