$10.00 to upgrade monthly plan, free to use broken website

I tried to update my plan to the next tier, but Koodo told me it would be $10.00 for the privilege of letting them take more of my money on a monthly bases. Free to go online to upgrade though. So, I try to access the self serve and get a 404 error... it forwards me to a page it can't find: https://selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/my-account/profile/link/select Is the link above, or self serve in general, working for anyone else?

The link you need is https://selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/ Matthew, the one you linked to does indeed not exist 🙂 Edit: oh you said you're forwarded to it... try Control - F5 before you log in, see if that solves things!

The link you need is https://selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/ Matthew, the one you linked to doe...Control - F5 forces a refresh of the page, eliminating any chance that it is caused by a cache problem. Clearing browser history and cookies works too, but that is usually a bit of a PITA because it clears all websites. Ctrl-F5 just clears the one you're looking at.

The link you need is https://selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/ Matthew, the one you linked to doe...I dunno, I guess you need to ask Koodo this 😃 But normally the holder of a website has no influence over the cache in a user's browser, so I guess not.......
Sorry folks, still get a 404. This isn't a cache issue either, tried 4 different browsers on 2 different computers. As soon as I enter my credentials it forwards me to this 404'd page. Because the site is forwarding me, it WOULD be the Koodo site and not what's in my cache. Regardless, like I said, 4 different browsers...

Hello Matthew,

We were updating the website yesterday, and this may be the cause for this error. Have you tried again today?

If you do and the issue persists, please give us a call at *611 or at toll free 1-866-995-6636 from another line and my colleagues will be able to assist you with both the rate plan change and with the Self-Serve troubleshooting.

Rest assured, you will not be charged for something that you couldn't do yourself on your Self-Serve.

Many thanks!
I did try again, from a THIRD computer - and it keeps forwarding me to (https://selfserveaccount.koodomobile.com/my-account/profile/link/select) which is a 404. This is ridiculous, I just received an email reply from my support request telling me they can't help me unless I login to self serve. I guess I'll again and explain the situation, but I feel I'm going to be told for a 3rd time it will cost me money to get basic support.
