"You've been locked out. Please contact Koodo Customer Service"


I can not log in (Prepaid Self Service) and at request of a new password comes this message:  You've been locked out. "Please contact Koodo Customer Service". Why?

 You tried too many times to log in with wrong password or your account wasn't active more than 3 month?
It was probably because you tried 5 passcode the did not work and the site jusf locked your account. Call koodo and they will ask security questio. So you can get your account unlocked.

No need to call Koodo to unlock an account, it will unlock by itself after one hour.
