Wtf is going on a koodo???


Hello, anyone there? Been on hold over 30min every time I called this week. Extra charges on my bill... and phone acting up...

This week has seen alot of calls so we hear. My apologies on that. We can definetely help with the phone problems, just not your bill. What's going on with ur phone, what phone do you have?
I have a Samsung s5 neo , and we have the 4o dollar plan I asked to have data blocked , the guy said yup I'll block it on the back end and your phone. Okay well I have changes and my husband has same phone. I can send pictures messages and he can't?? Same plan and everything...
