wrong number is charged 4.99. What shoude I do?

I've called wrong number then hung up with in 1 minute 35 second. It charged 4.99 as a service. Is there any way to be waved?

This would be something you have to talk to Koodo directly about. There is no guarantees with things like this though. You can find contact options in the Contact Us section, or Facebook and Twitter icons at the bottom of this page.

If this is a third party service you called which billed you through Koodo, you would need to contact them about the charge. Koodo just passes them through to you.
