Wont let me call says emergency calls only


Why cant i call? Everything is activated

I just activated my phone. My account says active but wont let me text or call.

It may take some 10's of minutes for the phone to register onto network once it has been activated.

I have the same problem that Ashley has. I have been waiting for one hour now and nothing change, and I reboost every 10 minutes.

You may have a bad SIM. Can you either put it in another phone to test it, or stop by a Koodo sales facility to have them check it for you?

Alright, this is happening again and still no solution. It's not a SIM issue. My friend and I both have the same Koodo service and are both unable to make phonecalls.

It's a Koodo issue. Others are having the same issue.

Alright, this is happening again and still no solution. It's not a SIM issue. My friend and I both have the same Koodo service and are both unable to make phonecalls right now.

My web design and online marketing business http://OmnivisionDesign.com requires phone service and we are down right now. Please get your network sorted ASAP.

Hello,I have had this issue from day one and I just switch over to Kodoo April 07/2018 Wont let me call says emergency calls only  NOt happy with your service so far????

Is the SIM inserted properly into the phone?  "Emergency Calls Only" indicates the SIM is not connecting to the phone , or the SIM is not working at all.

New SIMS must be activated: either by self-serve for prepaid, or thru store/customer service for post-paid.
