Wont charge!!!!!


So, my phone broke down, it was charging the other day & it just started acting up & buzzing. So I unplugged it from the charger & it stopped. But see that's where I noticed that when I plugged in back into the charger it wont charge anymore!! I tried everything, from charging into my computer, trying a different charger, so it's not the charger, it's actually in the phone. So, what I am asking here is, I have had this phone for a couple of months now, I'd say a good 5 months and I was wondering if Koodo would manage to repair it without any cost fees. Remember I haven't done the 100 some dollars guarantee when I bought it.

Hi there Alain... If your phone is still under the 1 year warranty, you can approach the Koodo shop and send it into service... If there is no physical/water damage, your phone will be assessed in the store and then send for repair... There is no cost to send your phone into service under the manufacturer's warranty, there will be a cost involved only if the phone presents physical/water damage.

Have you dropped your phone or done any accidental damage to it? Koodo will not repair it if it is done accidentally to your phone. But judging by the sounds of it it wasn't accidental. So koodo will repair it because it is still under its 1 year warranty.

Thank you so much! I was going to call them, but I only have '' that '' cell phone lol So you guys have been a great help, thanks again! 🙂 & No physical/water damage what so ever. It just fried up & stopped charging out of nowhere lol It was funny at first, but now its serious since I need it for work lol

Alain didn't specify where he'd bought the phone, I'm guessing an extended warranty may have been offered through one of those big box chain retailers.
