Yesterday my wife & I bought 2 new Samsung Galaxy S5 Neos @ Koodo Kiosk. Both can connect to various Wi fi Hot Spots & @ Relatives Homes etc; however her phone cannot connect to our home Network. Tried all the various online tips (battery, sim removal, keyboard codes to access internal network management features etc.) & in desperation restarted & reset Modem. Still no luck. She gets a window that says cancel (or) connect, but nothing happens when connect selected. Window just disappears. Can get Window back by reselecting Network but again, just same old same old. Any one have any further suggestions?
