Your account most likely is closed as it's been 90 days. You will need to purchase a new SIM and add vouchers to that.

when i dial *611 it says cellular network not available

Hey Tammara,

It means that there is no longer any service on your phone. As Chadwick mentioned, after 90 days of inactivity, your account is completely cancelled and you would need to purchase a new SIM card and open a new account.
