Why isn't Koodo answering their own questions?

Why are they relying on the customers to answer their customer's questions?

Do all of the customers get a copy of my bill?

Hello Bob,

No one can access your bill except employees. We are only here to help you with everything else except the bill. 

Koodo relies on his own customers because it gives a faster and better experience and it's cost-effective. It's a free way to cut costs in support.

Truth is there are very few questions that haven't already been covered in this forum, Bob. There's a large knowledge bank of info., or if you'd rather not search, you can post your question and get a response pretty quickly from fellow customers willing to help. As Robert pointed out, no one other than employees have access to account information, but chances are you can get an answer from non-employees even without them seeing your account, because we've seen/heard/read it all here - or pretty close to it. Give it a go, ask your question.

why am I still being charged a Tab when I no longer owe money on it ?

I am firmly believing Koodo SUCKS, they fail to answer any questions on their own without having to check other customers for comment.

Could you start a new thread with your issue please? If you check page 3 of your bill and you know it's been 24 full months and it's paid off in full and you're still accumulating a tab balance into positive, you will need to get in touch with a rep for billing issues. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and it'll be corrected if so.

Well most of the time, if a customer have a question regarding anything Koodo-related another customer has had that question before and know the answer or a guide on how to resolve a question. Why spend time calling in, when you can easily search or ask the question?
From my experience, if I have a question and I am on a tight schedule or only on my break, I just hit up the community. Way faster than calling-in and waiting.
B S  I never did find an answer for my question on any persons reply to said subject regarding why I am still paying a Tab on my cell phone when is has a  = $52.00

I replied to you. Did you or did you not contact a Koodo rep to get it fixed?
No I did not bother contacting a Koodo rep regarding this inqury but I think I may as I do not intend purchasing a future cell phone. Such a nuisance to call but only other thing I can think of doing is just  not pay the amount of the Tab ?, only this is they may ask for this payment the following month or cancelling my service ?.

Soo...you're cplaining about not finding an answer, but when you are advised on what to do, you just don't do it and come back again and complain about your problem?

Then as I said, if calling is such a nuisance, "You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and it'll be corrected if so." Then you won't have to wait on the line and it'll get resolved.

Well if you still owe a tab, then yes, you are responsible to pay what you owe. If it's the case that you're actually racking up a positive tab when your phone is paid off, then it'll be stopped immediately and you'll either get ir refunded as it was a mistake to be taken off or used towards another phone. I imagine (but am not certain) that you can be able to get it refunded as it wasn't supposed to be taken off. Billing disputes can only be resolved with a rep, so you'll just have to contact them to get it figured out.

@ Blair, you bought a new phone less than a year ago and used the TAB to finance the purchase over 24 months as the other above mentioned it. As you stated above the $52 is what remained to be paid off, hence the outstanding TAB balance. Hope this clarifies things.
