Why is the data usage report STILL not working?

How are we supposed to manage our data uses when your web system will not give us how much is used.  It reports that the system is down and to try back later.  How much later?  I have been trying for all this week and getting the same response back.  I would be pretty ticked off if I get an overage bill because your system is not working.

Try clearing your cache & cookies and/or using a different browser.
