Why is my cell still not cornered


Cell not reconnected after paying my cell phone bill off on April 26 2018 still can't text call or receive phone calls or text

Was your account suspended? You will also have to pay a re connection fee.

Call #227 and you can pay the reconnection fee and get reconnected

@Timothy, the last payment on your account was January. Did you make your payment at a bank? This can take 3-5 business days to get posted to your account.

Sorry I know this is not at all helpful to the issue and I'm probably going to come off like a jerk for posting it, but I have to add a slightly sarcastic reply by saying...

Don't answer what you don't know. When your phone was disconnected and you pay, you must REBOOT and the phone will work.
