Why is my bill so high?

Hi, i have 2 phones i pay 60$ and $55 for the other one so its about $140 in total with gst and everything. So i used $10 Data So it should be $150 but it says "Data and other services $25" Why?? I have unlimited calling and texting.

With the latest plans, its 10$ per 100mb. So the possibility could be you used 200mb of data and some other service? Take a look at page 3 of your bill and you will see exactly what was used and how much the usage cost.

For any disputes in your bill, contact Koodo using *611 from your mobile phone.

Yes, you have to access to self serve account (not Koodo app).
Koodo website > Self serve > monthly customer > log in
Once you log into self serve, you can download your bill (PDF). You will see  detailed info there - minutes/data usage, overages...etc.

The best way to see your bill is on a PC .   Log into  Koodo self serve and you will be able to download your bill in pdf format to view or print.
