Why is my bill amount so high when my monthly fee is low?


My bill is $214 but but my monthly service is $28

Is this your first bill? Could there be overage? I would call *611 from the Koodo phone and ask particular questions as it's really hard to tell without details, and I would recommend you discuss those matters over the phone rather than with all of us. Anything could be possible but I'm sure the representative over the phone can break it down for you. Secondly, you could check self serve and it will break down the pill for you as well. Hope this helps.

More than likely large minutes or data overages. A lot of people are attracted to lower price plans but then go over and end up spending more than if they had picked a plan that suits their needs more.
