Why is it that my Koodo July 25-August 24 bill is still showing "due" when I have my pre-authorized payment option turned on?

If th is is the first bill after turning on pre authorization. You d need to pay this bill manually.

Subsequent bills will be auto paid

If you had it turned on in the past and it worked, perhaps check the expiry date of your card. If you got a new card you would need to update the pre-authorized payment in self serve.
