why i can't use my mobile data

Which Android phone do you have and what kind of signal strength are you getting, Winston? In the meantime, try turning off your phone and removing the SIM card (and battery if removable). Re-insert battery and SIM card. Power on the phone and see if data works.

i'm using samsung 4s i already try that one but it doesn't work.. i try to call #227 of koodo and no one answer me for morethan 30mins..

Another option to try, go to: Settings > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > More - tap 'reset to default'. This procedure restores the default APN settings. After completion, a message will appear on the screen: 'APN settings reset to default'. If this doesn't resolve the problem, dial [b]*611 for Koodo customer service and choose option 6 for tech support. Hours of operation (local time): Monday − Friday: 9 am - 9 pm Saturday: 9 am - 7 pm Sunday: 9 am - 7 pm Note: If wait times are longer than usual, try sending a private message to Koodo's Facebook page.
