why don't you have the help line be 24/7?

In case someone lost their phone and need personal assistance a koodo customer rep can help. Or if the website is not working for instance today the self serve is not working for me, I have someone to turn to.

If you want prices to rise even further then I'm sure they could add a 24 hour customer service line, I for one would not pay for that and think prices are already $10 - $15 too high as it is. Self serve usually works fine, have you tried using the recommended browsers (Firefox or Internet Explorer) and tried deleting your browsers cache, cookies and history as well as made sure your browser is set to accept cookies?
