My wife and I recently got Galaxy S4 phones through Koodo, we previously used Virgin. We never had any issue with call service with Virgin, now with Koodo we continuously have problems with connecting when calling out or receiving calls. My wife just had to try 5 times to get phone to call out. A number of times person pickups up on other end it's just silence and this occurs frequently when receiving calls. This is not acceptable service in my eyes, I receive any number of important calls and not connecting and having to wait for return calls or calling back person is rediculous for a provider that has been around as long as Koodo has been. What is causing this, is it Koodo network issue? Note this is with both our phones.
