A month ago I signed up for automatic top-ups and received my free 100min booster. My first call a few ago was about 45secs. I then went to Koodo self-serve to see how it looks. It said that I have used 2 mins out of 100mins. I was shocked. I know that the second you start a call it counts as a minute. But the call I had was less than a minute, so I should have been taken away 1 minute. It was not a long distance call. I planned to call support and ask why, but decided to chalk it up to some sort of error or something. Didn't think it would happen again. A while ago I decided to test it and see if it was still taking away an extra minute. I called my home phone, answered it and ended the call at about 7secs. Checked the selfserve and it said I used 1min. That's fine. I did it again and made the call last about 50secs then ended it. I checked selfserve, and it said I used 2mins...why?? I'll ask here in the community first before I call customer support. Why is using less than a minute for call equivalent to 2mins taken away instead of 1minute? Has anyone else had this experience with Koodo prepaid?
