Can you explain more, what kind of trouble are you having and you can set up preauthotized payment with your credit card or visa debit so everything is automatic.

For those who don't speak French, there's a no-man's land at baseplan renewal time when money gets thrown into your account and the self-serve system will show your baseplan as expired, even though there's enough $$$ to cover renewal. Phone service (in my experience) is not cut off.

Things right themselves a day or so later, but not without some unnecessary potentially unnerving texts and visits to self-serve.

If you don't have automatic payments set up, you used to get (or maybe still get) a not-too-pleasant txt message warning you a few days in advance that your plan is about to expire, even if you have enough $$$ in your account. It's was always enough to send me checking my self-serve, but not in a pleasant way.

That procedure has been revised for auto-pay clients so that the message is a much-less-threatening "your baseplan will renew on...".

Maybe the language of the heads-up could use a review.

There have been similar complaints on the French side. An easy fix if they can get around to it.
